Effective training is carried out by our full time trainers considering each trainee's level and pace.
Basically you are free to participate intraining. In Thailand, fighters usually traintwice a day.
It is recommended that you take a rest during the hoto hours in the afternoon.
Streching and massage are good way to rest your body.



One of the rings is for wrestling,which is used to train ground techniques.

Former MUAY THAI chanpions and top class trainers are here with us in CMA, and the training is of course MUAY THAI style.
